RETURN POLICY

WHEN ARE RETURNS POSSIBLE?

At VAIDYASAAR, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

Product(s) delivered do not match your order;

Product(s) delivered are past or near its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal)

CAN I RETURN PART OF MY ORDER?

Yes, return is possible at an item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can request return of a partial quantity provided they are not a part of promotional campaign. 

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR RAISING A RETURN/CANCEL REQUEST?

You may raise a return/cancel request with our customer care within 24 hours from the receipt of the product. VAIDYASAAR reserves the right to dishonour the return request, if the customer reaches out to VAIDYASAAR after 24 hours of receipt.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS?

  • For Return intimation, send email contact@1ayurved.com, within 24 hrs from the receipt of the product .
  • When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.
  • In order to validate the reason, you will be asked to send the photos of the product(s) to contact@1ayurved.com.
  • Once the VAIDYASAAR customer care feels that the claim is genuine and reasonable, VAIDYASAAR customer care will place a new order for replacement of the products and will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned
  • The customer will be required to return the products freight to pay’ basis along with the original packing

IN CASE OF ORDER RETURN/ORDER CANCEL, WILL VAIDYASAAR BEAR THE COST OF REVERSE PICK UP BY COURIER FROM THE CUSTOMER?

  • In case of a wrong product being delivered, the cost will be borne by Vaidyasaar (in both online payment and COD).
  • But in the case of a customer deciding to cancel after placing an order, the customer has to bear the shipping price. (if the payment is done through COD or online)

HOW MANY DAYS WILL VAIDYASAAR TAKE TO REPLACE THE ITEM(S)?

Replaced item(s) of your order will reach you within 14 working days once the return claim is verified. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances it may take more time which will be informed to you accordingly. 

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ETA FOR REFUNDS?

Processing refunds will take from 30 to 45 business days

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.

CAN VAIDYASAAR RETURN MY MONEY IF I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Vaidyasaar will not return money in case the product is returned. However same product / product with similar value will be replaced if it fits the above criteria of return policy.  

REFUND FOR CHARGE BACK TRANSACTION

In the event there is any claim for/ of chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall email to us at contact@1ayurved.com with his/ her claim details and claim refund from Vaidyasaar only. 

Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by us via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as we deem appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event, such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

  • In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider’s accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.
  • Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s):  The User shall directly contact us for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by us alone in line with their policies and rules. Any disclosure of OTP or any other confidential PINS to Third Party then we shall not be responsible for such inappropriate transactions done by third parties.
  • Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s web page, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:

(i) In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact Vaidyasaar via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by Vaidyasaar to confirm payment.

(ii)In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.

(iii)In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, but not credited to Vaidyasaar account, the User must query the bank and not Vaidyasaar. Vaidyasaar in such situations can try to hold the processing of the orders/services once informed by the User within the specific time.

However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider. No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).
